📊 Revenue vs Costs
Money in vs money out each month. Green bars must always be taller than red. Costs catching up = shrinking margin.
📈 Operating Ratio (OR%)
Total costs ÷ revenue. Under 88% = healthy. 88–95% = warning. Over 95% = losing money. Top: 74–82%.
💰 Revenue Per Mile (RPM)
Dollars earned per mile driven. Target $2.20+. A falling RPM = lower rates or more empty miles. Catch it here early.
🔧 Cost Per Mile (CPM)
Total costs ÷ total miles. RPM must always exceed CPM — the gap is your profit per mile.
🥧 Cost Breakdown Donut
% of costs from each category. Fuel: 35–42%. Wages: 25–32%. Biggest slice = fastest savings opportunity.
📅 Net Profit by Month
How much you kept after all expenses each month. Look for consistent upward trend. Current month highlighted yellow.

Gross revenue per truck. Every truck should pull its weight. Significantly below average = driver issue, mechanical problem, or bad lane.
⚙️ CPM Per Truck
Cost per mile per truck. Truck with CPM above fleet avg = first sign of a mechanical issue before it becomes a breakdown.
📋 Loads Per Truck
Fewer loads + high revenue = premium lanes (good). Fewer loads + low revenue = problem.
📍 Utilization Rate
% of days each truck ran loads. Target 85%+. Parked trucks cost money without earning anything.

Total revenue per driver. How you identify top performers. High revenue + standard pay = extremely valuable. Low revenue = costs more than they earn.
🛣 Miles Per Driver

Context matters — long-haul driver = fewer loads but higher value. Never judge on count alone.
💵 Pay vs Revenue Ratio
Driver pay as % of revenue they generate. Target: 25–30% of gross. Above 35% = too high for productivity or needs better lanes.

What it does
